Episode 10

Insights on Depression with Zack S. Rutledge

Zack suffered depression for 10 years before things started to get better for him. It was a slow process brick by brick of finding the right therapist, introducing exercise, medication and much more. He recently released a book that outlines actionable steps you can take to help you start moving towards better mental health. We also discussed a little about my mental health journey in this episode as well.

Reach out to him by email for the chapter we discussed on mindset. His email is listed in the links below.

“I want to contribute to the good in this world. There is enough bad news, negative slants on things and anger. I want to bring people a different perspective, where we strive to create understanding, compassion and kindness. Where we look for the good and how we are connected as opposed to operating from fear, judgement and separation.”
