Insights on Depression with Zack S. Rutledge

Zack suffered depression for 10 years before things started to get better for him. It was a slow process brick by brick of finding the right therapist, introducing exercise, medication and much more. He recently released a book that outlines actionable steps you can take to help you start moving towards better mental health. We also discussed a little about my mental health journey in this episode as well.

About Zack

Zack S. Rutledge is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Certified Brain Health Trainer through the Functional Aging Institute. He has a black belt in karate and has practiced yoga for almost a decade. He holds an MA from American University in Washington, D.C. and starts his Licensed Professional Counsellor program in January 2022.
